Communication museum

The Communication museum was opened as ‘Imperial Postal Museum’ in 1898 and is reputed to be the oldest postal museum in the world. The representative edifice is richly adorned with figural decorations and was comprehensively refurbished. The centre piece is a daylight-flooded patio-type air well with circumferential galleries. At night the museum radiates from the inside like a blue crystal and provides a fascinating landmark in the cityscape. The historic architecture and the splendid air well create a unique ambience for evening gala dinners and receptions, lectures and press conferences.

Hamburger Bahnhof

The disused terminus station accommodates the Museum for Contemporary Art Berlin as well as the café and restaurant ‘Sarah Wiener im Hamburger Bahnhof’.
Hallmark of the restaurant is its spacious and light-flooded interior. It is excellently suitable for festive dinners, wedding ceremonies and exclusive customer-relation events with up to 100 people. There is a large-sized sun terrace located on the banks of river Spree. Museum rooms can be additionally booked for larger events.

Academy of the Arts

From behind the glass façade of the you can enjoy a panorama view across Pariser Platz square and the Brandenburger Tor [Brandenburg Gate]. The plenary hall of the academy with pertaining foyer provides space for a large variety of public functions. The clubroom with terrace is particularly well suited for festive dinners and top-notch cultural events.

bcc Berliner Congress Center

This listed building has been a renowned address at Alexanderplatz square since the mid-1960s. Comprehensive conversion and full refurbishment in 2003 have created a unique combination of unusual designs and state-of-the-art PA systems and equipment.
The bcc has ever since been setting new benchmarks in the event and conference sector. The flexible configuration of 23 event spaces and the high support and care levels of the private operating company have made the bcc into a unique event location.

St. Elizabeth Church and Villa Elizabeth

Both St. Elisabeth-Kirche, designed by Karl Friedrich Schinkel, and the later-dated parish house ‘Villa Elisabeth’ are being used for cultural events. Kulturbüro SOPHIEN, however, lets the spaces also for other occasions, such as receptions, gala dinners, conferences and public functions. The previous intermediate use of the foyer as a club (LisaLounge) earned the building a reputation as a trendy place.

Villa Elisabeth boasts, on the first and second top floors, a spacious ballroom with a gallery (ca. 300 sqm) and ancillary rooms and a smaller hall on the ground floor (ca. 120 sqm) plus a further room (ca. 50 sqm). The ensemble of building is surrounded by a listed church that is open to public use.

Moskau

This listed building in Berlin’s Karl-Marx-Allee near Alexanderplatz square was one of the prestigious assets of the former GDR. Its cultural significance and unique architecture in the style of East Berlin Modernism has advanced to a Berlin Icon in the past 40 years. The MOSKAU has various rooms for events, open spaces and a club section. Its highly professional technical equipment and unique aesthetics permit a large variety of uses: conferences and trade shows, concerts and parties or festive dinners and premiers.

ewerk

This oldest surviving power station and industrial monument – 500 m away from Brandenburger Tor – is one of the best-known event locations in Berlin and enjoys wide-spread international awareness. The roof terrace provides a breath-taking 360-degree view of the German capital. The interior is a place where industrial charm and modern architecture meet. The ewerk can be used highly flexibly and customised due to its various event areas and three different space situations – always a bit off the usual and common settings.

STATION-Berlin

Die historische Veranstaltungslocation STATION-Berlin liegt mitten in der Stadt direkt am Postdamer Platz und bietet eine zu vermietende Fläche von insgesamt ca. 20.000 Quadratmetern. In dem denkmalgeschützen ehemaligen Dresdner Bahnhof gibt es sieben verschieden große Hallen, die für Konferenzen und Kongresse, Ausstellungen und Messen, Galas und Events, aber auch für Schulungen und kleinere Veranstaltungen ausgestattet sind.



Bärensaal

Ursprünglich diente der Bärensaal als zentrale Festhalle der Stadt Berlin. Während der DDR-Zeit wurde er zu einem damals modernen Konferenzraum umgebaut. 1999 wurde er wieder in seinen ursprünglichen Zustand zurückversetzt und bietet nun ein festliches Ambiente für gesellschaftliche Anlässe jeder Art. An den Bärensaal schließt sich der neu sanierte Innenhof an. Auch dieser kann für private und öffentliche Feierlichkeiten angemietet werden.

Postbahnhof im Ostbahnhof

Der 3000 qm große, monumentale Postbahnhof mit seinen zwei unterschiedlich charakteristischen Hallen (Gleishalle 1800qm, Einpackkammer 1350 qm) beeindruckt durch seine klaren Linien und seine schlichte, dunkel geklinkerte Fassade im Stil der märkischen Backsteingotik. Das denkmalgeschütze Gebäude am Berliner Ostbahnhof wurde 1908 errichtet, um die Massen an Briefen und Päckchen des kleinen Postamtes bewältigen zu können. Seit 2005 dient er als Veranstaltungsstätte für Galaveranstaltungen, Kongresse, Parties, Messen und nicht zuletzt Ausstellungen wie der "Stroke", "Körperwelten" oder der Berliner Fashionweek. Mit nicht einmal 200m Fußweg zum Berliner Nah- und Fernverkehr gestaltet sich die An- und Abreise der Gäste mehr als bequem.

Gand Cru Parkett

Eine 140 Quadratmeter große klimatisierte Grand Cru Welt und eine zehn Meter lange Weinbar verschmelzen mit einer riesigen Eventfläche von 400qm. 240 Gäste finden hier problemlos sitzend Platz. Für Stehempfänge sind maximal 350 Personen kalkuliert. Der loftartige Innenraum ist möbliert mit Tischen aus Olivenholz, schwarzen Holzstühlen mit Filzauflage und einer Minilounge. Lampen auf den Tischen sorgen für behagliche Stimmung. Auch die nötige Technik ist vorhanden. Ein begrünter Außenbereich mit einer Loungelandschaft rundet das Angebot ab.
